Med Life

Tomorrow, I have three exams: Microbiology and Clinical Pathology in the morning, and a practical exam also in Clinical Pathology in the afternoon. On Wednesday, General Pathology will unleash its long-kept exam. Microbiology will again give us again another exam on a different topic this Thursday.

We will have a case discussion on Lymphoma on Thursday in General Pathology and a Clinical Case Presentation in Medicine this Friday. In addition to that, the seminar written report about Anti-hypertensive drugs in Pharmacology will be due this Friday too.

Now, what am I doing here in front of my laptop... and blogging? Honestly, I do not know. I could formulate a lot of excuses for my procrastination. Perhaps, I'm tired... Just this day, we had three exams in Pharmacology covering the topics on Anti-arrythmic Drugs, Anti-Myocardial Infarction Drugs, Anti-Heart Failure Drugs, and Drugs for the Gastrointestinal Disorders. It was a lot... Yet, my reflections just overwhelms me: all these are part of accomplishing my dream!

It's a comfort to know that I am not alone in this suffering. I'm glad that I go through all these hardships with my classmates. In fact, life in medschool has become easier because they are around. :) So I thank the Lord for all these wonderful guys and girls.

This is a picture of the Kamuning Boys. With me are my housemates, Sherwin (in red) and Marc (in blue). They are so fun to be with. Para silang aso't pusa pero bati naman. Lamangan ngunit sa masayang paraan. Yabangan pero nasa tamang lugar. Basta masaya, at kapag kasama ka sa kanila, maaaliw ka talaga.

Ah, this is Mcoy. He is a very good friend. One of my closest indeed, and probably the closest. Eh kasi, siya lagi kong nakakasama sa kung saan saan man. Barkada, ika nga.

And this is Meg. She is such a wonderful person, inside and out. Constant seatmate ko 'to, ay mapalad ako kasi matalino siya. Kapag hindi naiinindihan ang lesson, there is someone that I could ask my questions. Hehehe!

And who would ever miss the twins, Gem (left) and Tine (right)? Very fun to be with and dalawang 'to. And shempre, they axude genuine care for their friends. I'm fortunate to have them as their kabarkada. :) Kumusta naman ang infamous Tagaytay 9 nyan? ;)

And of course, there's Jacq and Rob. Also two of my closest. Sarap kasama, sarap asarin. Hehehe! Pero shempre, wala namang personalan. :) Thank you guys!

Finally, si Thea. She never fails to brighten up my day lalo na sa mga hirit niya. Patok na patok sa akin. I-match po yan sa voice and the way she speaks, bonanza ka na! To you Thea, thank you for making me smile always. :)

Of course, cheers to all Batch 2010 section A for making life easier in medschool. :) I love y'all guys!
