Christmas Day

12:oo AM, December 25, 2006 - I was sitting in front of my laptop, playing warcraft. Minutes ago, I just finished reading and meditating on God's Word in Isaiah 9:6 which says, "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."

Distraction: on TV right now, an ad for the next episode of a certain koreanovela... 2 girls talking frantically to another girl. Sabi nila ng sabay: "Hi kami ang super dooper friendships! Ako si Super, at siya naman si Dooper! At kami ang Super Dooper Friendships!!!" Kahhh! I've been distracted! But hey, come to think of it... that was hilarious! ;-)

I kept on pondering about that passage in the Bible that I have just read... What does those name titles of Jesus Christ signify? He is Wonderful Counselor... In Jesus we find comfort... In Jesus there is acceptance... He is Mighty God... Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscient... Everlasting Father... He is Prince of Peace... In times of peace and quietness, I know it is Jesus at work... And so I begin to praise God and thank Him for three C's: Crib, Cross, and Crown.

And so I was playing warcraft - Frozen Throne. I loaded a scenario called, "TD Elemental". TD means Tower Defense. I was glued into the game, and found myself restarting once I finish all levels. I continued playing until I looked at my watch and saw that it's 6:50 AM already. So I decided to sleep. I woke up at around 2 PM, made 2 blog entries and decided to sleep again. I woke again at around 5 PM because I have to go somewhere.

Wait, I bought food for myself pala for Noche Buena. ;-) I bought Siomai, Pancit Canton from Chowking, Puto from Goldilocks, Donuts from Gonuts Donuts, 1.5 Liter Mountain Dew. ;-) Busog!!!

At 7:00 PM, I was at SM with my siblings. I was suppose to watch MMFF films, right? But with my siblings, we had no choice but to watch TATLONG BARAHA since it is the only film where there is no "Standing Room Only" sign. So we watched it... What a movie! I don't want to spoil anyone who's going to watch that film, so I'd better stay silent about it for a while. ;-) Tomorrow, I plan to watch SUPER NOYPI and ZSAZSA ZATURNNAH. ;-)

Eson texted me and he asked me if I will be watching MMFF films. I told him yes and asked him why. He then replied with full conviction that He knows me too well that it wouldn't surprise him if I do a MMFF movies marathon. Hehehe!

So there. Although I was alone in welcoming the first second of Christmas Day, I had so much fun. Especially for friends who keep me company even through text messaging. :-)
